How to report

Send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@eroflick.tv with: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact URL(s) on eroflick.tv of the material you want removed; (4) your contact details (address, phone, e-mail); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Embedded content

Many clips and all live streams are embedded from third-party platforms. We remove the embed from eroflick on a valid notice; to remove the file itself, please also contact the platform that hosts it.

Counter-notice and repeat infringers

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by § 512(g)(3). Content sources that repeatedly infringe are removed.
